WellYou Rx is committed to providing safe, lawful, and accessible medical care in full compliance with applicable federal and Florida state regulations. The following statements describe the scope of our services, clinician licensing, privacy protections, telehealth practices, and patient eligibility requirements.
Clinician Licensing & Scope of Practice
All medical evaluations, treatment decisions, and prescriptions provided through WellYou Rx are performed exclusively by clinicians who are duly licensed to practice medicine in the State of Florida.
Services are delivered solely within the legal scope of practice defined by:

Clinicians may only establish a provider–patient relationship and render medical services when the patient is physically located in Florida at the time of treatment.
Florida-Only Service Eligibility
Under state law and licensing requirements:

Medical services are available only to individuals who are physically present in the state of Florida at the time of consultation, communication, or treatment.

Prescriptions and associated medication shipments are restricted to Florida addresses only.

We cannot evaluate, diagnose, prescribe, or manage treatment for individuals located outside the state of Florida.
This geographic limitation ensures strict compliance with Florida medical licensing laws and interstate practice restrictions.
Telehealth Modality & Delivery of Care
WellYou Rx utilizes asynchronous telehealth, an approved method of delivering medical care under Florida Statutes §456.47.
This may include:

Encrypted electronic communication

HIPAA-compliant clinical intake and follow-up

Review of medical history, photos, and submitted information

Medical management without a real-time video or audio encounter when clinically appropriate and legally permissible
Asynchronous telehealth is considered a valid form of evaluation and treatment in Florida when practiced in accordance with all statutory and board requirements.
HIPAA Compliance & Protection of Personal Information
WellYou Rx adheres to all applicable federal privacy and security standards, including:

All patient communication, records, and medical data are stored and transmitted using HIPAA-compliant platforms employing encryption, secure access controls, monitoring, and audit trails.
We do not disclose protected health information except as permitted by law or with patient authorization.
Medication Access & Shipping
All prescriptions are issued by Florida-licensed clinicians and dispensed by licensed pharmacies in accordance with:

State and federal regulations governing prescription medication distribution
Medication can only be shipped to verified Florida residential addresses.
