Refund Policy
All prescription medication sales are final. Federal and state regulations prohibit pharmacies from accepting the return or resale of prescription medications once they have been dispensed, including compounded products. Because these medications are prepared individually for each patient and cannot be reused or restocked, they cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Because prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed, we do not issue refunds once your order is prepared. If an error occurs on our end, we will correct it promptly.
We are unable to issue refunds for any medication due to side effects, changes in preference, stopping treatment, or not achieving expected results.

Fees for medical review and care, including intake evaluation, asynchronous telehealth communication, and treatment planning, are non-refundable once the process has begun.

If an administrative or fulfillment error occurs on our end, such as an incorrect medication, incorrect dose, or duplicate billing, we will correct the issue or issue an appropriate refund for the specific error.

You may cancel future, unbilled monthly cycles at any time, but past charges cannot be refunded.
