How It Works

Getting started with WellYou Rx is simple. Everything is designed to be secure, convenient, and easy to follow.

1. Review Programs & Pricing

When you’re ready, you’ll continue to our secure medical portal to begin care.

2. Create Your Secure Patient Account

After signing up, you’ll receive a link by text or email to create your HIPAA-compliant patient portal account.

You can access the portal on a computer or through the mobile app. This is where all medical care and communication takes place. RXNT is our preferred secure patient portal.

3. Select a Placeholder Appointment

You’ll be asked to select an appointment time.

This is a placeholder only.
No video visit or live appointment is required.

The selected time simply allows our clinician to review your information. Most reviews are completed within 1–2 business days.

4. Complete Your Medical Intake

Inside the portal, you’ll complete an online intake form and select your preferred medication option:

Semaglutide with B12, or
Tirzepatide with B3

A licensed clinician will carefully review your information to determine if treatment is appropriate.

5. Clinical Review & Secure Payment

Once your intake is reviewed and treatment is approved, you’ll receive a notification and can complete payment securely through the portal.

You are not charged until your intake has been reviewed and approved.

6. Medication Shipping

Approved prescriptions are prepared and shipped weekly:

Orders are processed on Mondays
Medications typically arrive Thursday or Friday
All shipments are refrigerated, discreet, and delivered to a Florida address only

Each shipment includes your medication, needles, alcohol swabs, and easy-to-follow instructions.

Ongoing Monthly Care

After the initial 6-week start-up period, ongoing care continues month-to-month at the same package pricing, with no change in cost. We also will be offering discounted 3 month plans at a reduction of $75 off each 3 month package.
